Dr. Brian Piekarski, PT, DPT, Cert. MDT, CSCS, Vestibular Specialist, is a physical therapist specializing in orthopedic and vestibular rehabilitation. With years of clinical experience treating patients with back pain, joint replacements, and balance disorders, he is committed to helping people recover with confidence and clarity.

After undergoing his own hip replacement, Dr. B experienced recovery from both sides of the table- as a therapist and patient. That journey shaped his approach: practical, evidence-based, and rooted in real world healing.
